We are looking for energetic, articulate, and motivated Property Acquisition Sales Representatives with high-volume telephone acquisition sales experience who can confidently communicate our properties' value to meet our customers' needs. The ideal candidate can be a real estate agent looking to earn more money or someone with property acquisition sales experience looking for a Remote Position - Anywhere In The USA*

*After completing training in New Rochelle, NY.

Responsibilities

• Manage our listed properties
• Liaison with our existing customer base and bring in new customers
• Oversee all marketing of our properties
• Lead intakes on all cash buyer leads
• Negotiate the sale
• Attend real estate meetups

Qualifications

• Quick on your feet
• Professional in attitude and appearance
• Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities
• Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
• Independent and self-motivated
• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
• Powerful phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
• Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line

Compensation

$1,000 monthly (for 30 days). Then $2,000 monthly + 5% commission
