Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

We are looking for an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team.  As a Litigation Paralegal you will work closely with our attorneys providing support before, during, and after a case settles or goes to trial. 

·         Communicate with attorneys, clients, adjusters, medical providers, court, etc.

·         Opening and managing a case file from inception to resolution.

·         Ability to handle both prelitigation files as well as litigation.

·         Conduct legal research and fact-finding investigation.

·         E-file all court documents.

·         Prepare all discovery documents, interrogatories, requests to produce, etc.

·         Schedule depositions, mediations, hearings, etc.

·         Prepare trial binders and exhibits.

·         Prepare detailed demands.

·         Request medical records, bills, liens, etc.

·         Preparing and negotiating settlement documents.

Qualifications:

·         Associate degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience (preferred).

·         3+ years of Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal experience.

·         Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage a workload with professionalism and with minimal supervision.

·         Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with very strong writing skills.

·         Highly organized with an ability to manage a fast-paced environment.

·         Computer experience with Microsoft, Outlook, Client Profiles, Aderant.

·         Must be able to work fulltime, 8:30am to 5:30pm, M-F, in the office.
