Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the recruiting departments reporting and communication process. The individual will provide detailed statistical analysis of our recruiting systems, programs and hiring manager satisfactions results. The insight from this work will be used to drive recruiting investments and talent acquisition decisions and assess and modify recruiting department programs.

  • Assists with vendor management and service level agreements

  • Assists with department reporting, programs, metrics, and advanced and predictive analytics.

  • Collect, analyze, and communicate key recruiting statistics, such as time to fill, cost summaries and program participation

  • Maintain and update department processes as needed

  • Lead department projects from beginning to completion

  • Responsible for continuously looking at ways to improve department reporting and communication

  • Draft job descriptions and submit them to HR management for review and approval

  • Assist with internal promotions or title changes

  • Develop and maintain internal job posting program

  • Support Internet online recruiting strategies for attracting and recruiting candidates

  • Manage automated resume and applicant tracking systems (ATS)

  • Maintain data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, and hires

  • Prepare and analyze statistical reports and other data to monitor applicant flow, selection, and turnover for compliance with legal regulations and with organization goals and policies

  • Associate degree from a college or University or six months to one-year related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Available Shift:  Full Time


Compensation:  Depends on experience
