Hint - that’s where YOU come in! We’re looking for someone to oversee client presentation opportunities and help coach our presenters as our Customer Engagement Manager.

About you:

For you, communicating is your passion and you do it confidently, some may have mentioned you have an indeterminable “it quality” that captivates client audiences. You’re a fan of expert storylines and TED talks are your jam! Drawing on your background, (which might include marketing communications or public relations, with perhaps a side of sales) you’re a pro at weaving a consistent narrative thread while preparing your team to present to diverse internal and client audiences. You know how to communicate succinctly and effectively, and can essentially whittle down complex concepts into key speaking points.

You have experience working with dynamic creative and sales professionals to complete multiple concurrent projects without missing a single detail or deadline. You’re a strategic, big-picture thinker who is comfortable working interdepartmentally and with various levels to help identify and address client pain points and anticipate rebuttals.


What you’d be doing:

  • Liaise with our Solutions team to build outlines and material for customer-facing presentations
  • Work with various creatives to ensure content and design needs are incorporated
  • Occasionally step into the spotlight to prepare videos and communications
  • Actively observe presenters and share best practices, scripts, and talking points for SBM’s designated solutions representatives
  • Coach tenured operations and sales professionals on the most effective presentation and public speaking tactics



What we expect:

  • Know-How: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, public relations, or related field
  • Expertise as a written communicator and public speaker: Bonus if you’re able to share writing samples, clips or samples of past presentations, or have had experience with Toastmasters International or similar presentation coaching workshops
  • C-Level Rapport: You’ve worked with C-Suite and have the ability to maintain relationships with Senior VP's, CMOs, Directors, etc.
  • It’s not your first rodeo: You have 5+ years' related experience, with 2+ years in management
  • You’re a Professional Role Model: You make a commitment to mentoring, leading and inspiring your teams
