We are a family owned real estate company looking for an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist office guests
- Order office supplies and other items needed
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Process Applications for
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks

- Previous experience in office administration
- Experience working in a real estate or construction company is a huge plus
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
