Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

We are a family owned real estate company looking for an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist office guests
  • Order office supplies and other items needed
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Process Applications for
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Please note that all employees undergo a background check.
  • Previous experience in office administration
  • Experience working in a real estate or construction company is a huge plus
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
