We are a growing jewelry company in Downtown, Los Angeles with a growing E-commerce seeking a strong associate to assist with the fulfillment of orders, provide customer service, provide excellent customer support phone service. Prior customer service experience in word excel and encouraged along with first-hand experience using UPS and FedEx shipping software. The right candidate will also have excellent communication skills and a strong ability to self-organize and self-motivated.
