Position Summary

We are seeking a Voucher Administrator to join our team. This individual will provide support to the Voucher Team and report to the Voucher Manager.  We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, detailed oriented and the ability to work well individually or as part of a team.  This position is remote with some light travel required. 


  • Create new Voucher Accounts
  • Add funds to existing Voucher Accounts
  • Apply Voucher payments to invoices (or items on an existing invoice)
  • Make modifications to payment details on invoices
  • Modify pricing on invoices requiring Voucher payments
  • Cancel invoices that have been paid for by a Voucher Account
  • Update Voucher Administrator information in the Voucher System
  • Update SANS Sales Contact in the Voucher System
  • Change expiration dates on Voucher Accounts
  • Research and resolve registration errors related to Voucher Accounts
  • Research and answer inquiries on functionality of the Voucher System
  • Interact with customer, when necessary
  • Other duties, as assigned

  • Ability to work in the Service Now system
  • Strong experience using Word, Excel and Power Point


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Comfortable working in at home or at conference sites
  • Occasional travel required for on-site support
