Seeking: ON CALL/PART-TIME, reliable and dependable 21+ FEMALE DSP with background is licensed residential care for adults with developmental disabilities and severe behavioral outbursts. Someone who would like to PICK UP EXTRA HOURS FOR THE HOLIDAYS, COVER VACTIONS, REQUEST OFFS, CALL OFFS, etc.
*(ALSO SEEKING DEPENDABLE FEMALE DSP 'FULL TIME')*
MUST HAVE/GET BEFORE HIRE:
- VALID CA DRIVERS LICENSE
- CURRENT HEALTH PHYSICAL
- NEGATIVE TB TEST
- NEGATIVE COVID-19 TEST
- CLEAR LIVESCAN & CRIMAL BACKGROUND CLEARANCE
- CHILD CARE
- RELABLE TRANSPORTATION
MUST ALSO HAVE/GET AFTER HIRE:
- VALID CPR/FIRST AID CARD
- VALID CPI CARD
- DSP Year 1
- DSP Year 2
- On going DSP training
MUST BE AVAILIBLE AND WILLING TO WORK:
- ON CALL
- Cover vacations
- Holidays
- Sick days
- Call offs
- Temporary Extra staffing
- Starting pay for non DSP employees $13.50/hour
- Starting pay for DSP 1-2 employees $14.00/hour
- PAID 3 personal/SICK days a YEAR - accrued
- PAID Vacation after 2nd year employment
- Hire date annual RAISES
- Annual BONUS' and occasional BONUS'!
