S&P Real Estate is currently hiring for a Marketing Director, Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator to help lead our recent onboarding of multiple high profile developments in San Francisco and California.

The purpose of the Marketing Coordinator role is to provide support to the Marketing Director to ensure that all the marketing for the project is executed upon to meet or exceed our goals per the Sales & Marketing Strategy. In addition, provide recommendations to the project team from marketing perspective where we can optimize our efforts to increase customer generation and ultimately more sales.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Marketing, Sales and Creative Strategy

· Assist in the creation of the Marketing & Sales Strategy, Critical Path and Budget for new development projects

· Liaise with S&P design team to publish and deliver the final documents

· Coordinate estimates from suppliers, ensure they meet our stated requirements and summarize for easy analysis for Marketing Director to review

· Maintain understanding of creative and positioning other new development projects in the market and provide insight to project team

· Administer the project budget from committed through actual expenses ensuring all projects expenses are properly inputted, tracked, reported and variances reported to project team

· Maintain the project critical path to ensure it is current and communicate to project team to manage project effectively

· Identify marketing needs of the on-site sales team to maximize sales and work with marketing team to create such tools

· Create buyer profile survey for the project, ensure the surveys are completed and prepare report with analysis to provide insights to project team to create more sales

· Ensure all marketing related project files are properly saved and organized on Sharefile

· Assist with taking notes at key meetings including regular client meetings

Creation of Experience Marketing

· Assist in creating marketing briefs as needed to effectively direct creation of sales and marketing assets and tools for the project

· Collect all stakeholder feedback on creative proofs and assist the Marketing Director in summarizing for the consultant and/or client. Facilitate coordination of approvals from all stakeholders.

· Work with Gallery Coordinator to ensure we track, manage and report all collateral for the project highlighting to Marketing Director when collateral needs to be reordered or discarded

· Work with Gallery Coordinator to ensure the Sales Gallery is like new and resolving any deficiencies outlined in the Deficiency Report

· Coordinate the production of all marketing collateral/tools between consultants and suppliers to ensure they are created as intended from creative and delivered on schedule per Marketing & Sales Strategy

· Coordinate updates as required of any assets, collateral or tools after the initial creation

· Coordinate legal compliance for local jurisdiction on all marketing and sales related collateral

· Coordinate copies of collateral, tools and all print media insertions for S&P Library in Vancouver

Market Demand Generation

· Maintain the media plan and coordinate updates between respective suppliers to ensure media is accurately placed, budgeted and creative ready per the media deadlines (including resizing coordination)

· Maintain the social media content calendar with social media/public relations consultant to ensure content is created, approved by stakeholders and provided to consultant to post

· Coordinate small to medium sized events from brief to debrief, ensuring event concepts are compelling to drive attendance and that the event ultimately meets its goals as outlined in the brief

· Maintain overall budget for each event and track average cost per person for respective events

· Create detailed event Run of Show for lead up, day of and post event planning.

· Coordinate and host Run of Show meeting with event team pre-event to ensure proper execution

· Assist with hiring temporary event management staff as needed

· Coordinate all email marketing communication from brief to debrief ensuring email content is engaging to create traffic and that we meet or exceed average email marketing KPI’s

· Through reporting and analysis, identify the performance of offline and online initiatives to make recommendations to optimize marketing spend and create qualified leads for sales

S&P Brand Ambassador and Standards

· Maintain S&P Marketing Standards documents for the project and provided updated templates to Marketing team in Vancouver to use as new templates for company going forward

· Maintain project supplier list and share with Marketing team in Vancouver to update Master Supplier List

· Work with S&P design team to ensure all final client facing formal communications, reports and documents meet S&P design aesthetic

· Provide support on special projects as needed

Project Coordination

· Prepare meeting minutes for internal use in weekly meetings

· Schedule all standard meetings and group meetings with clients

· Ensure file management system is followed and accurate

· Work with other S&P divisions to help deliver on services to clients such as market reports, presentations, and opinion documents.

· Provide reports to management team on performance and work flow updates when needed.

Qualifications & Competencies


Qualifications include:

· 2-3+ years of relevant experience in a marketing environment preferably working within luxury high-rise real estate, high end retail or five-star hospitality environment

· Knowledge of residential, new construction, urban real estate preferably in San Francisco

· Under-graduate degree and strong academic record in business or marketing field of studies

· Experience managing projects, meeting deadlines and budgets, and coordinating the efforts of other team members

· Demonstrated leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, and a drive to succeed in his/her chosen profession

· Passion and eye to great design, marketing and real estate with problem-solving approaches, and attention to detail and accuracy

· High levels of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and Word, and strong research skills

· Knowledge of local cultural establishments (Cuisine, Art, Retail etc.)

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to effectively prepare and author complex strategies and reports

· Professional in demeanor and appearance

· A self-starter, efficient, and a “team player.”

· Experience working with SalesForce, Pardot, Adobe Creative Suite, and EventBrite are an asset

Working conditions and Physical Requirements

· Able to be on site as required 9am-5pm Monday to Friday

· Able to travel within and out of country as required

· Able to work weekends and evenings as needed
