RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure we have the right people in the right positions with the right attitude for the right culture
  • Be a leader, with a mindset that this is your business
  • Achieve sales objectives with an efficient department
  • Build on the current sales process and tools
  • Develop a rapport with customers to establish a customer network
  • Support the sales staff and assist in closing deals
  • Facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth
