Position Summary


This position is fully remote.


Our organization is seeking a skilled and experienced Healthcare Technology (SaaS) Implementation Manager to lead the successful implementation of our healthcare software solutions. As an Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the deployment of our software and services across multiple healthcare facilities and ensuring that it is integrated seamlessly into their existing workflows. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, technical expertise, executive presence and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with healthcare organization  leaders to develop project plans and timelines for software and service implementation
  • Identify and manage project risks, proactively addressing issues to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets
  • Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to stakeholders, including executive leadership
  • Collaborate with software development teams to ensure that software solutions are designed to meet the specific needs of healthcare facilities
  • Ability to think strategically to help develop new workflows to fit the customer’s needs and work with internal teams to execute 
  • Maintain a deep understanding of healthcare industry regulations, standards, and best practices
  • Continuously identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to senior leadership
  • Ensure that all project documentation is complete and accurate, including project plans, status reports, and technical specifications.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare software implementation, including project management experience
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Deep understanding of healthcare industry regulations, standards, and best practices
  • Experience with healthcare software solutions such as Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Practice Management Systems (PMS) is a plus
