Job Requirements and Responsibilities
- The sous chef will hold managerial and culinary responsibilities in all areas of catering operations.
- Catering and Garde experience required
- Will work with Executive Chef on controlling budgets, menu planning and implementation, scheduling and training of staff in all departments.
- Individual must possess leadership qualities, team-building capabilities and organizational skills.
- Culinary degree preferred, NYC food handler’s certification and computer skills a necessity.
- Salary commensurate on experience.
