Job Description

Experience preferred:

  • 2-4 years customer service required
  • Call Center and/or banking preferred
  • Tech Savvy
  • Bilingual, Spanish-speaking a plus
  • Experience with live chat and social media a plus


  • 8am-8pm Mon-Friday
  • 8:30am-3pm Saturday
  • Availability to work nights and weekends
    • Training would be 9am-5pm Monday-Friday
    • After training schedule would be flex schedule depending on staffing needs- including nights and Saturdays.

FULLY REMOTE (nationwide) - requirements:
• Door (closed off space)
• Space free from noise and distractions
• Electricity- Power outlets (min of 3)
• Personal Cell Phone to run RSA app (token needed for access)
• High Speed Internet Connection
• Desk (with room for all provided equipment)
• Chair (appropriate for support & comfort for extended use)
• Paper-free environment (utilize PC notepad/One Note/Word docs as needed for notes)
