Job Description

The Account Manager provides general oversight and management of the company’s business relationship with key customers in the assigned sales territory.

This position will be remote US based, but will require some onsite client visits - must be comfortable with some light travel.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Sales:

    • Responsible for managing and growing key existing accounts o Prospecting for new business opportunities o Understand market trends and needs

    • Work with customers to incorporate our products and information-based services into their supply chain comprising of temperature-sensitive/perishable products.

    • Achieving sales goals

  • Reporting & Analysis o Provide required reports and forecasts.

    • Assist management in defining the future needs of the customer to Create reports as needed


  • Minimum BS/BA degree or equivalent

  • Five years of proven sales experience are required.

  • Experience or knowledge of the Foodservice/Retail Food industry is a plus

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Strong communication skills - verbal and written

  • Strong organizational skills - ability to work with deadlines and multiple tasks

  • Tenacious, confident, and self-motivated

  • Full driving license and up to 40%-50% travel required.

  • Located near US airport.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and prospecting tools


  • Comply with the EH&S Policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules and requirements

  • Report to supervision conditions or practices that are either unsafe or that may adversely impact the environment, to ensure prompt resolution of potential hazards.

  • Attend a scheduled EH&S training program

  • Actively support the organization’s efforts to meet or exceed EH&S goals and plans.

  • Recommend improved EH&S practices
