Our client is searching for an Financial Administrative Assistant to join their team! Our client is a regional bank and this individual would be assisting with claims management under the Default Services Supervisor.
- Review, prepare, and deliver mail correspondence and documents
- Assist customers with pre-screening and documentation
- Submit mortgage claims
- Complete reporting and ensure the accuracy of account information
- Ensure compliance with various guidelines throughout the process
- Coordinate with attorneys, appraisal companies, title companies, and more
- Address customer questions through phone calls, email, etc.
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-4 years of office or banking experience
- Verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
