Job Description

Client Operations Analyst

 

Junior resource to help with client reporting requests on behalf of investment stewardship to keep up with growing client demand driven largely by regulations. Specific tasks would include:
• Configure proxy voting reports on 3rd party platform
• Configure portfolio specific company engagement reports in Aladdin
• Answer bespoke client questionnaires
• Coordinate and collate portfolio specific custom case studies based on BIS team engagements
• Help keep RFP language for Stewardship inquiries updated
• Help organize, prioritize and answer inbound requests from the Client Inquiry Monitor in Aladdin Dashboard

Skills:

Client-Service oriented, extremely organized, strong written and verbal communicaiton,proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint

Education:

Associate or Bachelors Degree preferred

Languages:

English Read Write Speak
