-Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
2nd Shift (12pm-8pm)
3rd Shift (currently running four day shifts: 8p-6a or five day shifts, 10p-6a)
* required choice of working every other weekend or every Saturday *
$1 more on Saturday and Sundays
A qualified customer service/call center representative must be able to type 35 words per minute and will be tested.
- Strong interpersonal skills, basic computer and internet skills are essential.
- Excellent spelling and grammar skills, a pleasant and professional telephone voice.
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Customer Service experience (preferred)
Education: High School or Equivalent
