Contingent Labor Support Analyst
Under direct supervision performs research and root-cause analysis for internal users, as it related to Contingent Workers in Workday. Assists with recommendations and implementations for new processes and solutions. This is an entry level position performing routine assignments, for management of contingent workers.
Job Description –
-Day to day support on onboarding, managing, and off-boarding of contingent workers in Workday.
-Review and follow-up on data reporting; identify and communicate business needs as necessary.
-Assist in creating forecasting tools using current technology/systems
-Responsible for data clean up in Workday
-Provide analytics as they relate to trends in our contingent worker population
-May participate in various internal and external projects
-May recommend solutions based on data analysis to increase business efficiency.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for projects, implementations, system fixes and enhancements, etc.
- May prepare materials for internal and external audit activities.
-Provide continuous training and communication as needed, participate/prepare lunch & learn sessions for managers of contingent workers
- Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by management.
-Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience: - Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in operational role.
Knowledge: - Knowledge of Healthcare industry preferred. - Strong Computer Skills, Microsoft Office products
to include (Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.).
- Team Player, Strong Analytical and Interpersonal Skills.
-Workday experience highly preferred
