Rush Bowls is a healthy fast-casual restaurant specializing in blended acai/fruit bowls and smoothies.

Store Manager Job Description:

The store manager is responsible for managing the overall operations of the restaurant and for building strong teams that provide excellent customer service to our guests. You will utilize management information tools to analyze restaurant operation and financial performance, along with training and developing restaurant employees. This position can lead to potential growth opportunities.

Store Manager Duties:

• Responsible for completing catering orders and developing catering leads
• Recruit and train new hires on business practices

• Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained
• Carries him/herself with confidence & is a positive brand ambassador both at & away from work

Store Manager Weekly Responsibilities:

• Scheduling
• Food Orders
• Bank Runs
• Weekly Community Outreach
• Bi-weekly Inventory submitted to proper personnel on the last day of the month after close / before open on the first day of the month
• Hiring / Interviewing potential team members
• Training
• Work a minimum of 37 hours/week on the floor, 2+ admin hours per week
• Maintaining a productive and efficient work environment
• Managing day-to-day cleaning assignments
• Revel Management Console
• Servsafe Food Handler Certification (preferred)
