Job Description
Salary: 55K - 75K DOE
In support of RCT’s driver training and safety efforts and under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Assistant Operations Manager for Drivers creates, delivers, and documents driver trainings; observes vehicle inspections; oversees driver scheduling and updates; addresses driver concerns and encourages a positive and supportive work environment. The Driver Assistant Manager also assists in ensuring compliance with relevant state and federal requirements.
