*THIS IS A FULLY REMOTE ROLE AND TEAM*

The Catalog Lead, Vendor Central will be a player-coach on a team of coordinators responsible for loading, auditing, and maintaining product listings on Amazon Vendor Central. In addition to listing management the catalog team and lead will support buyer messaging, disputes, case management, and general account health.

Their experience level puts them in a position to lead a team by example, run team trainings, and champion process improvement in the areas of auditing, product data management, case management, and marketplace setup.

Being detail-oriented and personable will allow the Catalog Lead to distill complicated catalog challenges into approachable projects.

Overtime they will build a playbook of SOPs and develop our team by sharing experiences.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Be an expert in Amazon Vendor Central catalog processes
• Serve as a player-coach on a team of coordinators with a primary responsibility for loading, auditing, and maintaining product listings on Amazon Vendor Central
• Support buyer messaging and general account health as part of a team
• Lead the team by example, by showing dedication to the success of the listings, clients, and account managers
• Work with the team to identify opportunities to be more efficient
• Assist firsthand and coach the team to correct broken listings or account issues quickly
• Coach and participate in customer messaging support
• Maintain current knowledge of Amazon's policies and best practices for product listings
• Champion the evolution of auditing, product data management, and feed processes
• Collaborate with management to improve chargeback workflow

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Amazon Vendor Central experience preferred
• 1+ years of experience managing and leading a team preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Personable, organized, and dauntless leadership style
