RumbleOn is seeking an energetic, driven, and hands-on Director of Marketing Operations to play a critical role as we continue to grow. The Director of Marketing Operations will be tasked with managing the systems, processes, data, and insights that support our marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Chief Digital Officer, you will work cross functionally with a large marketing team, technology development, operations, and executives to successfully complete each project on time and to satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a creative background, is up to date on the latest marketing software and tools, and has experience both building and improving operational processes within a marketing team. Key Responsibilities: Leading and integrating the marketing teams with agile practices and methodology Playing a mentorship role, guiding marketing team members in the execution of their duties, ensuring constant honing of their skills, and providing growth paths and opportunities Working alongside marketing leaders to create the company’s marketing strategy Overseeing development of the content calendars Building and maintaining external vendor relationships Creating project timelines and budgets Creating and optimizing internal processes for team efficiency Organizing and collecting documentation, giving recommendations on how we can improve Building and owning the DAM, setting additional processes for DAM management Setting up proofing and project management tools, workflows, and reporting Writing & developing creative briefs, SOPs, and strategies Leading kick-offs and mapping out team tasks and deadlines Maintaining dashboards and reports on critical key performance indicators for centralization All other duties regarding project management from start to finish. Requirements Minimum of 5 years' relevant work experience (Progressive Marketing Career Combined with Professional Project Management Experience) Minimum of 3+ years' experience with Agile Project Management PMP Certification or similar Proven experience building and implementing internal processes Experience with writing strategy/ go-to-market plans Experience managing and working with creative projects Experience with a project management suite (Wrike, Basecamp, Microsoft Project, etc.) Understanding of Agile methodologies for marketing use Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business or related field Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment Proven teamwork skills, flexibility, and the ability to devise and drive solutions Benefits What RumbleOn Offers You: A fun, relaxed, and supportive environment to work in!
