Hydraulic Mechanic Technician

The right candidate must have 3-5 years of proven field service experience with a good mechanical aptitude and experience repairing hydraulic and electric systems. Candidate must be willing to travel in the USA, Mexico, and Canada to service or start up RUF Briquetting machines.
The RUF Service technician is the face of the company when onsite at client's business and must be able to provide world class service in a professional manner. Our goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.
As a Service Technician, you will;
Travel to customer location and start-up machine.
Trouble shoot problems or technical issues and determine proper solutions and repair as needed.
Test machine for capabilities as required.
Run material press tests and sample production runs.
