The Position: Affiliate Coordinator

Our Performance PR team is expanding! We are seeking an individual who is eager to become an affiliate and partnerships expert.

As an Affiliate Coordinator, you will assist the team with client initiatives to ensure business objectives are reached.

The ideal candidate is focused, proactive, energetic, efficient, agile, highly organized with excellent communication skills, and able to build client and publisher relationships. This position is crucial to the success of the agency - we're eager for this next team member to help us deliver industry-leading results.

You will be a subject matter expert for Performance PR and support the team to efficiently analyze and strategize new partnerships and concepts to scale traffic and revenue for our clients.

  • Be an instrumental part of Rubix creating a best-in-class affiliate marketing program at scale.
  • Collaborate with internal performance managers to support the strategic roadmap. Assist in creating full funnel affiliate marketing strategy while optimizing and scaling affiliate partnerships in key segments for continued growth across the channel.
  • Analyze affiliate program KPI's to provide actionable recommendations & insights to client
  • Develop and grow relationships with key affiliate publishers. Review placement opportunities & media kits to strategically recommend optimization opportunities to clients. Sourcing, documenting, and pitching sponsored content opportunities with media publishers.
  • Create and maintain documentation of deals & I/O's for all placements per client per publisher or affiliate.
  • Report on all channel specific metrics and proactively address metric shifts.
  • Internal documentation of client meetings and recaps sent to clients post client meetings.
  • Analyze affiliate program KPI's to provide actionable recommendations & insights to client
  • Support cross-departmental communication to ensure success of all client work streams. Recording and management of work streams in ClickUp as needed.

.The Candidate: About You

  • 1-2 years of industry experience at an agency or for direct-to-consumer brands, affiliate channel experience preferred.
  • A positive and proactive team-player - Takes initiative in identifying & completing action items. Seeks out new opportunities to get tasks done efficiently and effectively.
  • Highly motivated, incredibly resourceful, and confident in a fast-paced and remote environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple work-streams and projects at the same time; meticulous attention to detail.
  • An understanding of the dynamics and workings of the agency's process as it relates to the client's business and a business growth mindset
