What we do: We offer a new revolutionary type of life insurance with living benefits. Living Benefits permit the client to use the death benefit, in their life insurance policy, without having to die. This new type of life insurance is the best kept secret in the insurance industry and it practically sells itself. And these products are offered at the same rate or less than regular life insurance! We train people to distribute this product in their local communities. We have exclusive, highly qualified, direct mail leads available to all agents who wish to participate in our lead program. There are no limits on lead distribution. We can also train you to sell this product without using the lead program. Only a small handful of companies offer these products and we partner with most of them. This puts us in a uniquely competitive position and it affords our agents the ability to close deals with ease. Our agents do not need to need to be pushy. There is NO COLD CALLING. We only contact those individuals who have requested our help. Compensation or what's in it for you? Total commission per sale average in excess of $700. All commissions are paid promptly and directly by the insurance carrier as a direct deposit to your bank account. Part Time Agents work 12-15 hours per week and earn $50,000 per year. Full Time Agents work 30 to 35 hours per week (3 to 4 days per week) and can earn well in excess of $100,000. This is a 100% commission based business so there is NO CAP on your income. You CONTROL YOUR FINANCIAL FUTURE HERE! Training: All new agents are trained by Marc Rubin, Jon Schwartz and Nick Theodore. We have the platform (coaching, training and support) in place. Marc, Jon and Nick have spent thousands of hours creating a duplicatable sales system designed to help families while giving agents a chance to have financial independence, make their own schedule and get the respect and recognition they deserve. All you need to do is plug into our time proven system Marc is a Senior Sales Manager and a Diamond Elite Producer (the highest profile). Marc finished 2020 as the 25th overall agent and he earned in excess of $250,000 in his first year. Marc has a Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.) and has also worked as an Attorney since 2002. Marc had no experience in sales or insurance when he joined the team. All new agents are also trained by Jon Schwartz, our Regional Marketing Manager. Jon has been licensed and protecting families since 2012. And his income has risen every since then. Jon made close to $300,000 in 2020 and he is on pace to crush that in 2021. Jon started part time in 2017 when he earned over $60,0000. In addition to Marc and Jon, all new agents are also trained by Nick Theodore. Nick has been an industry for the past decade and has helped hundreds of agents get off to a fast start. Nick has helped a whole lot of agents earn a multi six figure income. Nick’s leadership helped one agent in particular earn over $290,000 in their first year. We train our agents to distribute this product in their local communities. We have exclusive, highly qualified, direct mail leads available to all agents who wish to participate in our lead program. NO COLD calling is ever necessary. There are no limits on lead distribution. We can also train you to sell this product without using the lead program. Qualifications: · Must have or be willing to obtain a life insurance producer’s license; and a · Clean criminal background; and · Be personable and have a willingness to serve your clients; and · Be willing to utilize our system that is designed for your success What you should know: This is a 1099 independent contractor position and compensation is 100 percent commission.
