No business experience necessary, for we provide an in-depth training program to launch candidates into the path of management, including a candidate-specific mentor to support the associate’s transition into the hard-working environment.

The ideal candidate:
BA/BS or equivalent experience
Customer service, hospitality, sales, or retail experience preferred
Strong communication skills
Ability to adapt and adjust to new challenges easily
Goal oriented and performance driven
Strong interpersonal skills
Capable of working in a team or individually
