We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/ Registered Nurse (RN)at our Prescott, AZ location.
We welcome new graduates and are able to train. Compensation based upon experience.
Responsibilities for this position include:
- Build positive relationships with clients, clinical staff and medical staff.
- Dispensing medications to clients.
- Manage accurate medication stock and MAR’s.
- Plan and coordinate client care.
- Document in an electronic medical record system care given.
- Implement appropriate nursing interventions.
Qualifications:
- Must be 21+ years old
- Pass criminal background check
- Pass pre-employment drug screen
- LPN/RN license.
Benefits Include for Full Time Employment: Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, two weeks of paid vacation and paid holidays after 90 day probationary period.
