Job DescriptionCompany Description
Company: A well-established national medical supply distributor.
Why the role is open: The current Director is being promoted to VP of Sales.
Direct Reports: Two out-of-state Call Center Managers.
Travel: 10%
Responsibilities: Strategically analyzing market trends and customer reports to best provide product and service information to consumers while also resolving technical issues and product questions.
Role type: Executive Management is required to be in the office daily.
What we are looking for:
- Type A personality
- Strategic thinking
- Understanding of market trends in consumer retail
- Innovative and big picture planning
- Call Center Management Experience
- Healthcare industry background preferred but not required
- Bachelor's degree required
What the role offers:
- Salary of up to $165,000 dependent on experience
- Bonus potential of up to 20%
- 3 weeks of PTO within the first year
