Large Automotive Group in Paramus, NJ, family owned and operated for 30 + years is looking to hire a professional/Highly Motivated Automotive Business Development Service Manager. Candidate must have exceptional communication skills, be very organized, and have proficient use of Microsoft Office.

This is a Full Time Position. 40 + hours a week. Looking to Hire Immediately.

Daily Responsibilities

• Handle High Call Volume
• Schedule Inbound & Outbound Service Appointments
• Organize Service Appointments
• Properly Direct Calls to Appropriate Staff
• Take Down Detailed Messages
• Follow-Up with Service Customers
• Provide extensive Customer Feedback
• Answering service related questions
• Update Customer Contact Information
• Light Cashiering
