We cannot provide our clients with the very best in plumbing services without you being attentive to details and keeping our office running smoothly. And, your friendly customer service by phone and computer makes our clients happy to do business with us. You are a people person who is also good at establishing procedures and processes to keep everything flowing and organized.While handling your dispatching responsibilities, you strive to ensure ultimate scheduling efficiency.

Maximizing time and mileage, you work hard to ensure that customers' expectations are exceeded. Through phone calls, you inform clients of arrival times or any potential delays. You happily adjust for any rescheduling needs.

You organize the days and weeks ahead in order to not fall behind schedule. Your demeanor is friendly and capable as you converse with clients and dispatch calls to technicians. You leave work each day knowing you played a vital role in our company's success!QUALIFICATIONS Exceptional customer relations skills Current driver's license Can accurately use Microsoft Office BilingualCall center experience is a plus!
