About the Role:

Exciting opportunity for an entry-level or mid-level B2B sales professional to grow and thrive.   • This is a full-time position for entry to mid-level career sales professionals with advancement opportunities
  • Quarterly team retreats PLUS Award trips, team outings
  • Pay rate starting at $60K base PLUS commissions & Incentives up to $125K in the first year
  • $3,000 relocation assistance bonus!

  • Drive new business & client services in commercial HVAC
  • Generate new business & follow up on leads and referrals
  • Develop relationships with multiple buying influencers in client organizations
  • Qualify and target opportunities based on customer knowledge
  • Determine proposal price and selling strategy, review contract terms in compliance with company standards.


  • 2 + years experience in B2B sales
  • Experience with long sales cycles (3 - 12+ months)
  • Good driving record / license
  • Enthusiasm to learn & work in a fast paced, ever evolving & growing dynamic energy service field
  • Great follow through on commitments & effective time management skills

Total Comp: $60,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
