- This is a full-time position for entry to mid-level career sales professionals with advancement opportunities
- Quarterly team retreats PLUS Award trips, team outings
- Pay rate starting at $60K base PLUS commissions & Incentives up to $125K in the first year

Responsibilities:
- Drive new business & client services in commercial HVAC
- Generate new business & follow up on leads and referrals
- Develop relationships with multiple buying influencers in client organizations
- Qualify and target opportunities based on customer knowledge
- Determine proposal price and selling strategy, review contract terms in compliance with company standards.
Requirements
- 2 + years experience in B2B sales
- Experience with long sales cycles (3 - 12+ months)
- Good driving record / license
- Enthusiasm to learn & work in a fast paced, ever evolving & growing dynamic energy service field
- Great follow through on commitments & effective time management skills
