Accountant

Summary:Learns, assists and becomes a part of the Accounting department. Individual will share responsibilities of AR, AP, daily reporting, and all aspects required for this location...Essential Duties and Responsibilities[1]: Responsible for the preparation, disbursement and posting of all daily required reporting; Responsible for the tracking and monitoring of the cycle count process; Perform inventory & month-end journals; Perform account reconciliations; Perform monthly reporting requirements; Enter Material Supplier invoices (AP) Reconcile Bank Statements; Complete special projects as assigned. Additional duties may be assigned.

Provide support during abscences for other department members; Practices good work habits including, but not limited to, being productive and efficient, staying busy by seeing work, being dependable, clean and organized in work area; Is a productive member of his/her department and adheres to all Rosenboom policies, including safety requirements/procedures, in order to ensure a safe working environment for all Rosenboom employees; and, Habits of good attendance and punctuality are an essential responsibility of all Rosenboom job positions.
