Assist the Front Office Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient overall day-to-day operations of the Front Desk based on the Rosen Standards. Assist in providing staff with ongoing coaching, training and development. Prepare reports, handle special projects and assignments as required.
The minimum requirements for this position include, but are not limited to standing, walking, and lifting for long periods of time. Education/Experience: Associates Degree in a related field or equivalent certificate program, at least six months of hospitality experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to effectively communicate both orally and in writing with staff and the general public. Proficient computer and technology skills preferred.
