Finance Director

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Finance Director to join our team at RoseRyan, an award-winning accounting firm based in Silicon Valley. Our tailored advisory expertise helps evolving companies solve complex finance and accounting challenges and take their businesses to the next level. As a Finance Director, you will be responsible for managing financial operations and supervising the finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, decision-making and risk management, and be able to guide the company's financial planning and strategy.

• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Oversee the preparation of financial reports, such as budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Manage cash flow and liquidity by monitoring accounts and preparing projected cash flow analyses.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends, and providing recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct risk assessment and manage financial risks to ensure the protection of the company's assets.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and bank representatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in finance or accounting.
• CPA, CMA or other relevant professional qualification.
• Demonstrated experience in managing financial operations, including financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, and cash flow management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive insights, decisions, and actions.
• Proven ability to communicate financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
