As a CSR, you must have a high degree of detail and accuracy with the ability to identify
customer problems and offer solutions while maintaining a quick pace and approachable
demeanor to all customers. A Customer Service Representative will occasionally assist
customers with business licenses, collect fees associated with local hospitality and
accommodations taxes, and collect payments for other departments and assign to proper
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
*High school diploma or GED equivalent with one (1) to two (2) years of experience with
general accounting, cash handling, or customer service experience; or any equivalent
combination of training and experience.
*SC Notary Preferred.
*Must have a valid South Carolina Driver’s License.
