- 1 year of customer service experience
- Ability to Multitask Dispatchers often are moving a lot of people around at the same time, tracking their movements and keeping tabs on what they need..

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to listen, speak and communicate effectively
- Problem-Solving Skills
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
