The Role
Customer Service Representatives at RoofMarketplace serve as internal resources for our customers, partner companies and staff.

Responsibilities
● Monitor department email
● Provide excellent phone and email and communication to our Customers and and Partner Companies
● Daily processing of customer requests
● Reviewing Bid Requests for
○ Roofing Square Footage (Size of Roof)
○ Roofing Accessories
○ Other Roofing Details
● Facilitate communication with our roofing network, insurance carriers, and homeowners

Qualifications
● Self-motivated and reliable
● Detail oriented a must
● Ability to work independently a must
● Occasional overtime/weekends
● Ability to work staggered shifts for evening coverage (9 Eastern/6 Pacific) preferred

Desired Experience
● Ability to identify roofing components
● Ability to calculate roof quantities
● Knowledge of roofing installation
● Xactimate
