Position Description

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Creative Manager to join our growing organization. We are a unique venture capital + executive search firm that not only invests capital into new and exciting start-ups and early-stage companies, but also places top talent within our investments and PE, VC backed portfolio companies in our partner firms. The ideal team member will collaborate with our CEO and broader team to create informational, effective, and eye-catching pitch decks, website designs and other marketing materials for use in business development, investor relations, client communications, and pitching candidates on unique opportunities. Our goal is to elevate our image and brand to become a superior venture capital and executive search firm with modern ideas and deliverables, using intelligent and efficient marketing techniques.

Key Relationships

Reports to CEO

Works closely and collaborates with all team members on both the investment and search sides of the firm

Goals and Directive

Create and design various materials for digital and print

Select colors, fonts, images, and layouts to be our brand standards across all mediums

Establish creative direction for the company setting brand guidelines, helping us become a superior venture capital and executive search firm with consideration to the needs of our stakeholders.

Direct website upgrades and maintenance with third party provider

Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a collaborative and flexible approach

Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects across each deliverable

Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software creating pitch decks for business development, investor relations, client and candidate needs.

Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions

Determine voice and messaging for graphic design pieces

QA design for errors, testing and continuous growth and development

Implement feedback and changes whenever possible with clear and consistent communication

Essential qualifications

 On-site position  Must be able to work out of HQ located in Miami, FL (Coconut Grove)

Minimum of 7+ years experience in graphic design / creative

Proficient in programs such as Adobe Suite, Photoshop, PowerPoint and other Graphic Design tools

Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web

Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects

Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred

A general understanding of business and investment principles

Ability to effectively utilize facts and figures to influence an audience and tell a story

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail

Time management and organizational skills
