As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles. You must be comfortable using computer software and have extensive knowledge of vehicle systems.

Responsibilities
- Previous experience as an automotive technician, mechanic
- Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Understanding of automotive air-conditioning systems
- Perform routine vehicle tune-ups and maintenance
- Identify problems with vehicles using diagnostic equipment
Provide labor and time estimates for automotive repairs
Inspect and test vehicles for necessary adjustments - Communicates with Service Manager codes/issues to document in Shop-Ware for customer to approve or deny service recommendations
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Understanding of automotive air-conditioning systems
- Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, and brakes
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
- High school diploma or GED is required
- An associate degree or completion of an automotive service technician training program is preferred
- Automotive Service Excellence/ASE certification or Society of Automotive Engineers/ASE certification is preferred
- Strong customer service and communications skills are required
