Job Description

Responsibilities:

The role of Part-Time Human Resources Administrator is to provide administrative support to the Controller. Duties include, but not limited to:


  • Update personnel changes in HRIS
  • Maintain personnel records
  • Onboarding new employees
  • Update personnel changes in HRIS
  • Provide HR support to employees
  • Administration of 401(K), health care plan, vision/dental/life insurance enrollment and updates
  • Preparation of unemployment and disability claim with insurance companies
  • Review weekly payroll submission
  • Monthly reconciliation of payroll to ERP
  • Administrative support in other areas if/when needed; such as receptionist duty, ordering lunches for visitors, ordering/stocking office supplies

Requirements:

  1. Ability to work 20 hours per week, Monday – Friday, hours are flexible

  1. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

  1. 5+ years’ human resources experience

  1. Confidentiality

  1. Computer Skills:
    1. Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
    2. Experience with payroll processing systems, ex: ADP Workforce Now
