Job Description
Responsibilities:
The role of Part-Time Human Resources Administrator is to provide administrative support to the Controller. Duties include, but not limited to:
- Update personnel changes in HRIS
- Maintain personnel records
- Onboarding new employees
- Update personnel changes in HRIS
- Provide HR support to employees
- Administration of 401(K), health care plan, vision/dental/life insurance enrollment and updates
- Preparation of unemployment and disability claim with insurance companies
- Review weekly payroll submission
- Monthly reconciliation of payroll to ERP
- Administrative support in other areas if/when needed; such as receptionist duty, ordering lunches for visitors, ordering/stocking office supplies
Requirements:
- Ability to work 20 hours per week, Monday – Friday, hours are flexible
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- 5+ years’ human resources experience
- Confidentiality
- Computer Skills:
- Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
- Experience with payroll processing systems, ex: ADP Workforce Now
