Position

The Implementation Project Manager will guide new Agencies through the implementation process of onboarding Law Enforcement Agencies (LEA), Law Enforcement Officers (LEO), and Coordinators to our proprietary software solution. This role requires a highly organized individual who can manage multiple projects through planning, execution, go-live, and post monitoring of our proprietary Software solution. This role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Manage the complete implementation process of the software platform through planning, execution, monitoring, and closing
  • Primary contact for new client projects varying in size, complexity, and duration
  • Ability to handle multiple client implementations concurrently
  • Provide input on configurations in order to meet client requirements
  • Develop and maintain the project plan throughout the implementation
  • Set and manage client expectations
  • Lead and facilitate all project meetings both internally and externally
  • Identify and document any changes to the scope of the project
  • Deliver ongoing communication of project status
  • Execute proper escalation of issues when applicable
  • Collaborate with account management and support teams to execute a seamless handoff from implementation
  • Actively participate in lessons learned after the implementation has been completed
  • Review the implementation process to identify opportunities for improvement and new methods to enhance the client experience
  • Strong attention to detail is critical – as well as a healthy sense of curiosity and willingness to learn new things
  • Ability to manage relationships and expectations
  • Participant in client visits as necessary - Ability to travel, as needed

Preferred Qualifications And Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of professional experience implementing software applications
  • Proven experience in project management methodologies
  • Proven track record implementing best practices with high levels of client satisfaction
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels of an organization
  • Experience managing simultaneous software implementations for multiple clients
  • Experience in fast-growing SaaS business model
  • Ability to travel 10-25% of the year
