eCommerce Graphic Designer Position

Founded in 2018 in a studio in Southern California, Rolio Pigments is a company that is dedicated to all creatives who want to express themselves through their work. Our goal is to support the creative community and offer them the best products to support their business.

We are a small eCommerce company looking to hire an in-house experienced Graphic Designer to support our rapidly growing business. The position involves managing and executing various tasks and needs of the Product Listings for eCommerce marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Shopify and Walmart.

You will be working in close contact with the lead Graphic Designer as a team.

A large part of this role will be working on creating product listings images that are sharp, clean, picture-perfect, and optimized according to Amazon and other marketplaces requirements. The graphic designer will be responsible also for designing other visual elements, such as web pages, marketing materials, email templates, social media posts, packaging design, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in or initiate, production/creative meetings, bringing original ideas and solutions

• Research and conceptualize design ideas, solutions, and execute concepts through rough comps, final comps, and production of artwork through an approval process

• Create Amazon listing product picture-perfect images

• Design Amazon listing lifestyle images

• Design Amazon EBC (Enhanced Brand Content) content

• Design Amazon Brand Store

• Design packaging mockups

• Provide in-house creative support to design: Webpages, Marketing materials, Email marketing, Social media posts, and more.

• Prepare final print-ready files based on supplied specifications

Skills:

• 3+ years of relevant work experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design

• Strong portfolio that demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail

• An exceptional eye for detail in layout, content, and typography.

• Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom and InDesign

• Experience in Packaging Design and Print

• Experience in Product Photography a BIG PLUS

• Marketing and Advertising experience a PLUS

• Social Media Experience a PLUS

• Willingness to work at a fast pace, independent and think outside the box

• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to handle multiple projects under strict deadlines

• Ability to work within a team and independently

• Working on Windows Operating System
