Sales Representative

The Rogers Agency is interviewing for sales, and sales management positions. Our organization is expanding and looking for sharp professionals who can produce at a high level and have the ability to transition into a management role quickly.

As a Sales Representative you will:

• Prepare for each day by deciding a plan of action to ensure achievement

• Visit with individuals to recommend the best supplemental Insurance solutions to meet their needs

• Participate in continuous training offered by Family Heritage and daily support from local Rogers Agency partners

What you need:

• Ability to work full time... 40 hours per week (M-F)

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

• Desire for growth
