Services Required: Mr. Robinson is seeking an Administrative Assistant to help manage and grow a thriving financial services practice. The ideal candidate will be someone with financial industry experience and desiring a 20 hour work week. Candidate should enjoy interacting with the public and consistently delivering the “WOW” customer service experience to each and every client as the clients show their appreciation for your assistance.
The candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative service functions in support of Rodney’s practice that will include:
--Managing client service requests
--Overseeing the appointment calendar including outbound calls to existing customers.
--Preparation and submission of new business.
--Case preparation and research for client presentations.
--Support of various marketing campaigns.
--Likable and coachable, someone who enjoys interacting with the customer.
--Experience working in Financial Services industry
--Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
--Strong multi-tasker, ability to think on your feet, detail oriented, precise and impeccable follow-through.
--Minimum of 5 years Administrative experience is required.
_ A High School Diploma or equivalent is also required.
--A Certificate and/or formalized training as an Administrative Assistant is preferred.
