Job Description

Rodeo Realty, Inc. – Real Estate Assistant Transaction Coordinator / Receptionist

The job includes coordinating with all parties involved in assisting transactions, including: internal team, external brokers, sellers, lenders, title and escrow officers, third party vendors, insurance agents, inspectors and others.

Candidate must have the following:

  • • Must know Zipforms
  • • Experience with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the escrow/title industry
  • • Experienced in closing 15+ transactions on a monthly basis
  • • Ability to read and interpret documents and handle confidential information
  • • Detail-oriented, organized and proficient in multitasking on a large volume of deals
  • • Strong work ethic, self-directed and proven track record of working within team environment
  • • Compelling communication skills, both verbal and written
  • • Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload
  • Valid California real estate license preferred
  • Proficient in Advanced MS Windows (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Outlook
  • Experience in a residential real estate office a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team
  • Detail-oriented, organized and proficient in multitasking on a large volume of deals
  • Strong work ethic, self-directed and proven track record of working within team environment
  • Excellent client service orientation with an ability to handle pressure in a positive manner
