Rodeo Realty, Inc. – Real Estate Assistant Transaction Coordinator / Receptionist
The job includes coordinating with all parties involved in assisting transactions, including: internal team, external brokers, sellers, lenders, title and escrow officers, third party vendors, insurance agents, inspectors and others.
Candidate must have the following:
- • Must know Zipforms
- • Experience with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the escrow/title industry
- • Experienced in closing 15+ transactions on a monthly basis
- • Ability to read and interpret documents and handle confidential information
- • Detail-oriented, organized and proficient in multitasking on a large volume of deals
- • Strong work ethic, self-directed and proven track record of working within team environment
- • Compelling communication skills, both verbal and written
- • Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload
- Valid California real estate license preferred
- Proficient in Advanced MS Windows (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Outlook
- Experience in a residential real estate office a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work both independently and as a team

- Strong work ethic, self-directed and proven track record of working within team environment
- Excellent client service orientation with an ability to handle pressure in a positive manner
