The available position is unique to the Cable and Internet industry and while we do not require experience in an industry we are seeking strong customer care candidates that have a background in the following:
Experience with customer care communications and support
Excellent phone skills
The desire to assist others
Understanding of customer care systems (we will train in this area)
Experience in the customer care industry
Enthusiastic approach to work with a great attitude
Background with social media and mobile applications
Bilingual preferred but NOT required.
