Perform shipping and receiving processes according to standard operating procedures, data entry verification of shipping and receiving documents, check pulled orders for accuracy and completeness and effectively interact with other shipping and receiving personnel. Requires strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and GMP practices and guidelines. Candidate must possess good communication and organizational skills and have the ability complete all tasks in a timely manner.
High School Diploma or GED
Basic reading and math skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and/or inventory software to maintain records, input data, and create reports.
Experience in a manufacturing and/or warehouse environment
Willing to work shifts, including weekends/overtime as required
Ability to demonstrate safe work practices and maintain a clean work environment
Two years as a shipping & receiving or warehouse clerk
Ability to accurately sort, count, and verify items received.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Must be able to traverse distribution warehouse and access a variety of storage spaces and shelving units by stretching, squatting, and reaching.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures in the warehouse and on the loading dock.
Knowledge of FDA regulations for medical device/pharma
Three years as a shipping & receiving/warehouse clerk
Associates Degree or College coursework
