Project Manager Assistant / Accounting

Job Requirements:

  • Set up customers in QuickBooks, create and maintain files for the project managers and superintendents
  • Coordinate, prepare, and finalize AIA Contracts and associated documents with customers
  • Prepare forms, collect required documents for permitting projects in multiple cities, and track progress to achieve certificate of occupancy
  • Request subcontractor billings for monthly billing
  • Collect, track, prepare, and send out closeout documents to customers
  • Assist Project Mangers with Collections
  • Vendor Setup – Send out and track Master Subcontract Agreements between RCG and Subcontractors
  • Assist superintendents with portables, dumpsters, mobile storage units, rental equipment, and permitting
  • Coordinate the safety program, provide jobsite rules to subcontractors, and setup OSHA 30-Hour for superintendents
  • Coordinate and manage all marketing aspects of the business


  • Construction Background
  • At least 5 years of previous Administrative/Executive Assistant experience or relates fields
  • Great work ethic
