Job Description
The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for offering services & promotions to an existing customer base. Fast paced, competitive and fun atmosphere with performance pay!
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about service and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications
- At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Call center experience preferred
- Must own a computer and headset with a microphone to be considered.
- Must have 1 year minimum experience with Outbound calling either manually or from an auto dialer
A plus if you have experience with five9 and CRM'S such as Service Titan, HouseCall Pro or Sera.
