Full-time, entry-level position
Primary work will involve greeting clients and providing clients with necessary forms, answering phones, processing all incoming mail, and assisting in clerical office duties. Assisting paralegal with drafting letters, and preparing documents. Delivering legal documents to local courthouses, manage a small number of criminal clients, and running various errands.
Applicants should have excellent communication and writing skills. Customer service experience a plus. Applicants must be responsible, hard-working, have the ability to operate independently, follow directions, and be enthusiastic. An interest in the law, and proven writing skills, individually and collectively would enhance a candidate’s chances of being selected. A high degree of comfort with computers and technology is a must.
Preference will be given to candidates with office experience. Four- year college degree preferred.
